Client Service Representative
Our Client Service Representatives greet new and current clients, schedule appointments, and admit patients to the hospital for treatment. Candidate must be a professional team player who is highly motivated to provide excellent client service. Individuals with client service experience are needed for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Veterinary receptionists with at least three years of experience are trained on the job for the doctor’s assistant position and are needed for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include: escorting patients and their owners to the exam rooms, taking patient histories, filling prescriptions, making and delivering estimates, calling clients with lab results or updates, and entering fees. The primary role of a Doctor’s Assistant is to be the liaison between clients and their Veterinarians in an effort to provide excellent client service and patient care with a high level of efficiency.
This is an entry level position working with patients who are boarding, cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments, stocking supplies for patient care, keeping departments organized with supplies, and restraining pets. Must be a team player and open to supporting senior technicians when necessary with patients and assistance.
Experienced Veterinary Technicians (preferably registered) are available for swing, graveyard and weekend shifts. Experience of at least 7 years is preferable to provide excellent patient care. Responsibilities include: treatments for inpatients and outpatients, in house laboratory, anesthetic monitoring, radiology, and administering chemotherapy treatments.
